Return Policy:

DaysandLights.com, Inc, offers a you a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it.

If you are returning a defective product, you must contact us within 30 days to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In most cases, we will arrange for pick up and a replacement will be sent to you. Some of our products are serviced and/or replaced directly through the manufacturer. In that case, we will assist you in that process.

If you are returning a non-defective product, you must contact us within 30 days to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will gladly issue a credit. Non-defective product returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

When returning a non-defective product, we strongly recommend that use insure your package against loss or other damage. It is also recommended that you use a ‘traceable’ method of shipment and/or obtain delivery confirmation. If additional packaging expenses are necessary for return, they are the customer’s responsibility and not subject to reimbursement.

All products must be returned within 14 days after receiving your RMA number. Products must be returned 100% complete and with the original packaging. All packing materials, manuals, warranty information, spare parts must be included as provided by the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy:

Information collected on our servers is strictly confidential. The information we collect is used for internal purposes and review only. It helps to assist the confirmation and tracking of your online orders. DaysandLights.com, Inc, does not sell or rent your information. We will not share your e-mail address or any other personal information with anyone unless it is necessary to provide you with our products and/or services (product warranty, service and/or repair). We value you as a customer and your right to privacy.

We have taken all reasonable steps to protect our customer’s personal information against loss, misuse, and alteration. We use encryption technology whenever receiving and transferring your personal information on our site.

When you register on our site, we ask for your name and e-mail address. You will choose a password to gain secure access. We use this information to send updates or information on special offerings or new products that you may have an interest in, to process and track your order and to send shipping confirmation emails to you. Keep in mind that you may opt out of receiving emails about upcoming specials or new products at any time. When you make a purchase online, a little icon, either a key or a padlock should appear in the lower right hand side of your browser window. This icon insures that your transaction and all personal information is secured through SSL (Secured Sockets Layer). If this icon does not appear, please do not complete your order online and contact us directly to finish your transaction.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges vary based on items. Due to their delicate nature, most items are shipped in separate containers. On multiple item orders, we try to combine shipping, if possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS ground. Shipping carrier will be selected based on item and destination. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail, as it becomes available.

Warranties:

DaysandLights.com, Inc. product warranties range from 30 days to 10 years, depending on product and manufacturer. Should you develop a problem with in the first 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the problem resolved.
